After going on hiatus due to continued civil unrest in the United States, Paramount announced they have no plans to resume the series "Cops" which first aired in 1989.
The USG is reducing the number of troops they have deployed to Germany by 9500. Just under 25,000 US Troops will remain in Germany after the withdrawal. The Polish government is allegedly appealing for some of the troops to be sent there, but as domestic instability continues to grow inside the US as part of the North American new normal.
A week after civil unrest in the USSA escalated to the point that a police station was sacked, the persistence of mob violence and looting appears to have joined mouth coverings as part of their new normal. Police and National Guard members appear to largely be retreating or making gestures of submission when confronted.
Civil unrest has gripped Minneapolis, Minnesota after an incident on Monday where 46 year old black resident George Floyd was subdued by the application of a cop's knee to his neck until the life left his body. The Monday incident happened in broad daylight in front of a crowd of spectators leading to wide dissemination of video documenting Floyd's killing. (more...)
Last year, magazine publisher "High Times Holding Corp." announced plans to buy California based marijuana grower Humbolt Heritage, but the deal has since collapsed with the two firms announcing the termination of the deal by mutual agreement. The High Times has also spent the past two years trying and failing to complete a public stock offering.
