USSA: Supreme Court Declared Eastern Oklahoma Including Tulsa To Be Tribal Land

A decision by the US Supreme Court this week reverted the status of Oklahoma's Eastern half to Indian Territory citing process errors on the part of the US Congress during Indian Territory's 1905-1907 transition to "statehood" as Oklahoma. Native America tribe members are now exempt from state and local "law enforcement" inside the resurrected reservation where they need only fear tribal cops and feds.
